Well, as a faithful reader of WATC as well as WDTPRS, I'm happy to say that "I saw it here [White Around the Collar] first," and then noticed Fr. Z's culinary solidarity a few hours later. But now you absolutely *must* tell us how the roast turned out!
Aloha Father. I did come by way of Father Z. I love reading about priests cooking as well as getting tips. I have not tried rosemary on roast beef. Thanks for that one.
